NOTE: The conference hotels are almost completely booked out at the conference rate. Information for additional hotels can be found at The Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau.. We also recommend on-line hotel booking engines, like expedia.com, orbitz.com, or hotels.com, to name just a few.
These hotels offer special conference rates for ICRA 2008, for the nights from May 18 to May 23, 2008. Note that, depending on availability, the conference rate can be extended to May 16, 17 and May 24, 25 (these days are called "shoulder dates"). If the on-line booking system does not provide rooms at the conference rate on the shoulder dates, or if you cannot get rooms during the core time from May 18-23, please call the hotel directly and ask for the "IEEE/ICRA 2008" group rate. It can happen that if *one* night has no availability for a block of nights you try to book, the on-line booking returns with the meassage that rooms at the conference rate have been depleted -- the telefone reservation operator will tell you about such problems. Please, try all hotels if one hotel cannot accommodate your needs. If problems persist, please email the conference organizers.
