Authors of accepted papers and videos at ICRA 2008 are encouraged to bring one poster corresponding to each accepted paper/video. This is not required, and is entirely at the author's discretion. The conference organizers will provide easels, poster boards and thumbtacks. Authors should bring their posters and attach them to the poster boards for display. Posters should be less than 42 inches by 30 inches in size to comfortably fit on the easels and poster boards. There is no poster template - you may choose any layout you like. Please note that only one poster per accepted paper or video is allowed.

If you are planning to bring a poster to ICRA, please sign up below (all fields are required) by May 9, 2008 so we can get a count of how many easels and boards we will need to provide.

The conference cannot provide help with printing your poster. However if you would like to print your poster locally in Pasadena instead of bringing it with you, we recommend the following Kinkos service (less than 1 km from the conference location).
